Academic Dates & Circular Highlights

Program: Diploma in Public Health Dentistry (PHD)

• Reporting Date: Tuesday, 17th February 2026
  Time: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Late reporting beyond 22nd February 2026 attracts a penalty of UGX 100,000.
• Students reporting after 28th February 2026 will not be registered for the semester.

The upcoming semester will include academic and co-curricular activities such as a sports gala, marathon, institute library launch, dental and medical camps, and other professional development programs. Parents and guardians are invited to participate.

Applications are ongoing for eligible S.4 and S.6 leavers for the January 2026 and July 2026 intakes at certificate and diploma levels.
